Heather Mustang was the original
UTRave.org member who suggested moving the website to
UtahRaves.com when the original administrator decided to shut UTRave.org down. She coordinated the move of all the users, and convinced
Cody Cook to serve as the new site's administrator. Heather served as co-administrator alongside Cody and
Daryl Acumen until she was eventually dismissed following a dispute with Cody over moderation techniques.
